建築共22層，
建造在一個兩層的基座之上。大廈于2007年動工，
包括30萬平米的辦公空間，

俄羅斯聯邦大廈 位于莫斯科(kē)河克拉斯諾普列涅斯科(kē)沿岸大街(jiē)，
由A、B兩座塔樓、兩塔樓之間的觀光電(diàn)梯和基座部分(fēn)組成，
地上主體(tǐ)結構高度365米，建築高度509米，為(wèi)歐洲第一高樓，
也是全鋼筋混凝土結構建築的世界第一高樓
